RossMN.org is an all-volunteer organization, and we're always looking for people to help organize events or participate on the Board.

Our volunteers are mostly Ross Business School alumni, of all ages and backgrounds, in the greater Twin Cities area.  Go to the "About Us" menu to learn a little more about the board and the club's mission.  We invite you to join us and become actively involved.

Our members get involved for a variety of reasons:

• Some use active involvement on a Committee to become more knowledgeable, involved, and visible within their industry.
• Some find creating events efficient for expanding their business network and gaining introductions to firms in which they have an interest.
• Some find volunteering as a way to gain experience running a non-profit.
• Some find creating Club events as an outlet for their creative and entrepreneurial interests.
• Everyone enjoys the camaraderie of fellow alumni in pursuit of a common mission to strengthen our alumni network.
