Spend the evening with Todd Marshall, Vice President Merchandising Manager with Target's Snacks/Beverages/Pet/Candy Division. A Ross graduate, Todd has led an interesting career path from consulting to retail, and is now leading a division directly impacted by today's tough economy.

Todd Marshall is a Vice President Merchandise Manager, Snacks, Beverages, Pets, and Candy for Target. In this role, Todd is responsible for Sales and Profitability, Merchandise Selection, and Store Presentation. Todd’s current position requires him to utilize a wide range of management and leadership skills, including Strategy Development, Vendor Management, and Team Development.

Todd joined Target as a Manager in Strategic Planning in 2001, has held several positions in the Merchandising Pyramid, and was promoted to his current position in 2008.

Over the course of his tenure at Target, Todd has delivered several organizational accomplishments, including: Responsibility of a $4.4 Billion Dollar Business that achieved Industry Leading Growth, Brand Development in Target Owned Brand (Archer Farms, Market Pantry, choxie, and Wine Cube), and Business and Brand Development with Key Resources (Pepsi, Coke, Kraft, General Mills, etc.).

Prior to joining Target, Todd worked at McKinsery & Co. where he worked on a variety of projects across a range of industries and functions.
